Hello, I'm Bruno LENOIRE

Diplomat, teacher, good relational and good adaptability, I have experience in PME and PMI in a national and international context and I have a global vision of company's functions.

Currently looking for new professional opportunities, I propose to put my skills and experience at the service of a company.

In a context of continous improvement in efficiency and risk management, I manage all projects related to the IS (Company's trades, IT infrastructure, IT developments, digitisation of processes, industrial systems). I proceed to physical and logical security information systems as well as the set up of DRP. I set up SLA, a service catalogue and a knowledge base, incident management, change management's as well as the various qualifications (IQ,OQ,PQ). I make sure to produce the documentation necessary for the proper functioning of ISD, I realise technological monitoring and manage telephony as well as projects related to Information Technology and communication. I manage information systems in a logic of computer science co-responsible (Green IT).

ISIT Manager France - ALS (Australian laboratories Services)

13 employees (Agri-food - Chemical analysis, Microbiological analysis, Hospital hygiene) (Rungis) (2 Sites)

Responsibilities :
I proceed to the establishment of the first French laboratory of the Australian group and put in place the French infrastructures
In collaboration with the international project managers of the group, I proceed to the implementation of various business tools (accounting, payroll, LIMS, CRM, ...) .

2016 - 2019

Chief Information Officer - ALPA Groupe

500 employees (Agri-food, Chemical analysis, Microbiological analysis, sensory analysis, Hospital hygiene, environment, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, air analysis) - Turnover 50 m€ (Savoie) (9 Sites). International team management.

Responsibilities :
Member of the COMEX, I organize and pilot the management of the information system (IS), group's computer means (9 France, 1 Europe) covering business processes, computer systems, telecommunications, infrastructure, helpdesk and software development (Nearshore and international but also local providers).
Responsible for identify and prioritise business needs, digitisation, organise assistance in mastery of work and define, propose to plan and manage master plan and IT strategy, roadmap, investment plans, budgets and the delivery of IT projects with the business actors.

In charge of steering and modernise the Information System (IS), to guarantee the continuity of service and the IT security of this system, to propose and manage the plan and actions for continuous improvement, integrate new companies into the group information system.

Responsibilities :
Assist the CIO in the operational and strategic management of IS/IT department. Management of the IT production systems and networks, infrastructures, architectures, applications, security as well as customer service. Manage the relationship and needs of business departments. Management of 7 to 10 people (technicians and engineers). IS Governance. Integration of new application in a change management context.

IT master plan: In accordance with the general strategy of the company, implementation of an IT continuity plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) (2 million euros). Controlled IT recovery time in the event of a disaster.

Mapping of company's information flows for a better understanding of the actors involved in IT developments.

Contractual management of subcontracting: Management of 5 service providers (€ 750k) and monitoring of the effectiveness of the services provided by setting up indicators and quarterly monitoring committees.
